Registration

Registration to the "International Meeting of the DGfB Membrane Section" is possible exclusively by completing the online registration form. We will activate the online form between 01. October 2021 and February 6th 2022. After completing the form you will receive an automatic registration confirmation acknowledging your submission. All participants will receive the invoice at the same time approximately one week after the registration deadlines, which will include the bank details. Please be patient.

Registration deadline is February 06, 2022. Registration fees must be paid no later than February 25, 2022.

Early bird registration is 12.12.2021 and early bird payment ends December 31, 2021.

Because the number of participants is limited, early registration is highly recommended!

We are completely booked out!

All registrations that come in now will be registered as latecomers. If a participant cannot come, we will contact you to see if you would like to stand in for that person.

Please do not transfer the participant fee yet if you are on the waiting list. We will then let you know later if you can attend and send you an invoice.

* Postdoctoral research fellows are NOT entitled to receive the reduced student fee. Students are requested to preferably book a double room.

The registration fee includes:

access to all scientific sessions
abstract booklet
accommodation and meals in the "Tagungs- und Begegnungsstätte - Evangelisches Zentrum Kloster Drübeck" from Monday, May 22, to Wednesday, May 24.

# Special fees apply for the double rooms on a first come first served basis. Please indicate a person you would like to share with or if you’d prefer female or male room-share.

As always at the membrane workshops, we will try to keep fees low and book as many double rooms as possible. Therefore, students will be asked with whom they would like to share a double room. There is a limited possibility to arrive on Sunday, 22 May 2022 (extra costs: 85 € incl. dinner and breakfast). If you wish to stay an additional night, tick the corresponding box on the online registration form. Please note that additional nights must be paid for by the participants themselves at the conference site!

We are happy to offer a limited amount of travel awards that partially cover your participation at the Membrane Biophysics Meeting in 2022. Applications by European researchers are welcome.
