Check-in on Sunday for those who have booked an extra night
Reception is open on Sundays only until 13:30 and from 16:00 - 18:00. You would need to arrive during this time. There is no one at reception outside of these hours.
If you should arrive in the time in between, you can rest and enjoy coffee and cake in the monastery café Gärtnerhaus. You will find the Gärtnerhaus on the site plan at number 5.
Remember, the cost of €85 for the extra night, is payable directly to the meeting venue on site.
Travel information
By plane:
You can fly to Frankfurt, Hannover or Leipzig and take the train and bus towards Drübeck.
By train:

Drübeck has 2 busstops that are euqually close to the monastery: Drübeck Ost and Drübeck West.
By car:
Head towards Wernigerode from the east or to Ilsenburg (Harz) from the west. Drübeck is situated in between these two small towns.
You can reach Drübeck via the A36, there are two exits you can use. From the east (A14, Leipzig, Halle, Magdeburg) take the Wernigerode exit and from the west (A7, A39, Braunschweig, Hannover) take the Ilsenburg exit. Drübeck is in the middle of these two towns, or rather, between the two exits.

By tradition, our meeting features music. A piano is available. Please bring your instrument and sheet music. During registration, you are invited to indicate if you consider bringing an instrument, playing, singing with others. We can help you connect. Remember, music connects and our meeting is about science and connection.
